Speilsalen is a renowned restaurant located in Trondheim's Britannia Resort, which reopened just after a three-year renovation. The dining venue is recognized for its refined menu and punctiliously curated wine record, offering a hugely choreographed experience with tuxedoed servers and meticulously plated dishes.
The majority of the cutlery were being classic Norwegian design from Skaugum and Hardangerbestikk. Pleasant detail. The restaurant has various cows milking just for them. Plus the desert was an extremely nice milk ice cream. The plum sake we experienced with it absolutely was delightful. On our way again up for the mezzanine for a coffee and many "lørdagsgodt" we were taken care of to a little tour of the restaurant. Sneak peak to the kitchen area, check out to the upstairs wine area, information about the art and many of the plants they grown and use. This was rather near perfect plus a food I am going to remember my complete lifetime.
Kristiansten Fortress is one of Trondheim’s most significant landmarks. The fort was built after the terrific city hearth in 1681 and now stands guard earlier mentioned the town.

A necessity try! We joined with a number of close friends to rejoice the aniversary of my improved 50 %. Had the twenty class menu with upgraded wine package. Completely incredible! Excellent tastes, a lot of tiny surprices and unforeseen turns. Some genuinely definitely beautifully delicious, just sitting down in silence savoring the style.
We ate here on a daily basis although we were being in Trondheim. The foods is polished and scrumptious, and terrific worth for dollars. The coffee is mouth watering Using the desserts, the drip espresso is amazing. Ambiance and service also outstanding. You should not skip it.

Dromedar Kaffebar, Trondheim's initial espresso bar founded within the late 90s, is found in the colourful historic district of Bakklandet. Embracing Scandinavian espresso culture, they use frivolously roasted beans and various hand-brewing strategies.
Sometimes it's going to take a tad extended but it is a perfectly deserved wait around. The meals and particularly the filter coffee is amazing. Artwork all around you and the tunes effectively sought out. (Cheesecake is delicious)
Really nice and cosy bistro serving superb foodstuff and good wines. Can extremely advise the Tatar and all of the fish dishes!
